Lemon Balm is a calming, uplifting herb traditionally used to support relaxation, emotional balance, and digestive comfort. This gentle extract can be a helpful ally during times of stress, restlessness, or occasional digestive upset, while also encouraging more restful sleep. With its naturally bright, citrusy character, Lemon Balm offers both soothing and uplifting qualities in a single daily extract.

Ingredients:

40% alcohol (80 proof food-grade), Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis L).

Crafted with a 4–6 week alcohol extraction process to ensure a full spectrum of beneficial compounds.

All herbs are certified organic.

Usage:

• Under 12 months: 1–2 drops
• 1–4 years: 3–5 drops
• 5–8 years: 5–8 drops
• 9–14 years: 10–15 drops
• 14+ years: 20–30 drops (up to 1 dropperful)

Take 1–3 times daily as needed. Can be taken directly or added to water, tea, or juice.
