Peppermint (Mentha × piperita), Mullein (Verbascum thapsus), Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Goldenrod (Solidago spp.), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
Add 1–2 teaspoons of tea per cup of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes to allow the herbs to fully infuse.

Strain and enjoy warm. This tea may be enjoyed 1–3 cups daily as desired.

For a stronger infusion, additional tea may be used or steeped longer.
