Soothing Shampoo

A gentle, plant-based shampoo made with mild surfactants that cleanse without stripping the scalp or drying out the hair. The base is an organic herbal glycerite infused with calendula, chamomile, and marshmallow root, which work together to create natural slip, softness, and scalp comfort.

Calendula is traditionally used to calm and nourish the scalp, while chamomile brings a soothing touch that can help the hair feel lighter and more manageable. Marshmallow root is known for its natural mucilage, giving this formula the silky glide that makes detangling easier, even without conditioner.

The formula sits at a pH of around 5-5.5, which closely matches the scalp’s natural acidity. This helps keep the cuticle smooth for a cleaner rinse, reduced frizz, and easier brushing, even in hard water.

Lightweight oils, panthenol, and hydrolyzed oat protein offer a bit of extra nourishment while keeping the wash free of heaviness or buildup.

No sulfates, no betaines, no parabens, no artificial fragrance, and no ethoxylated ingredients.
