Tummy Comfort Extract

This gentle herbal extract was thoughtfully blended to support digestion and ease occasional tummy discomfort in a calm, balanced way. Each herb in this formula was chosen for its long history of traditional digestive use and its ability to support the digestive process without being harsh or overstimulating.

Chamomile has long been used to help relax the digestive system and ease cramping, gas, and general digestive discomfort. It’s especially helpful when stress or tension shows up in the stomach.

Marshmallow root is included for its overall digestive support and affinity for the gut. While its soothing, mucilaginous qualities are best extracted in cold water or glycerin, marshmallow still offers gentle supportive properties in an alcohol extract and helps round out the formula for sensitive digestion.

Peppermint is valued for supporting digestion and easing nausea, particularly after meals or during travel. It helps encourage normal digestive movement while offering a cooling, calming effect.

Fennel seed is a classic digestive herb traditionally used to relieve gas, bloating, and that uncomfortable “too full” feeling. It pairs well with peppermint and chamomile to support smoother digestion overall.

Star anise rounds out the blend as a gentle carminative, traditionally used to support digestion and ease gas and bloating while adding warmth and balance to the formula.
